We are located in a central position if you are coming from/to The Carnarvon Gorge, Roma, St George, Chinchilla and Dalby. Chinchilla is approx 150 kms; Roma is approx 150 kms; Dalby is approx 180 kms, so why not take the road less travelled? We have a variety of accommodation options.

Our accommodation is set within the Garden. Accommodation rate includes admission fee. The Garden property is a protected haven for both flora and fauna so pets are allowed only when kept under control at all times.    No fires outside of the provided firepits.  Unfortunately we can no longer guarantee a supply of firewood for visitors.  When it is available there will be a charge.

A self contained 1950’s renovated cottage offering comfortable accommodation with a wide cool verandah and an open fireplace for year round comfort. Sleeps 6 people – 4 single beds and 1 double.

Linen service available for an additional $5 per person. Post-stay cleaning service also available for an additional $20.

The Quarters is a  renovated 1950s station building offering comfortable accommodation with cool verandah and open fireplace for year round comfort. It is a backpacker-style building with shared full kitchen and bathroom and toilet. Linen service available at $5 per person.

includes: electric stove, microwave, large refrigerator, duvets, pillows, parking, outdoor furniture and barbeque upon request.

The “Cook’s Room” or Room 5 is large and newly renovated with 1 double bed and a single bed.  There is a split system air conditioner in the room and guests staying here enjoy exclusive use of the new bathroom.  The kitchen is shared with any guests using the single rooms.  Rental for Cook’s Room is $70 per night for two people.

Van/Camp sites 

 Sites are available for $25 per night  with power or $20 without power  ( for 2 persons). These are in a beautiful, quiet location. Toilets and showers available.
